With not just 10 or 15 tips, this YouTube channel gives you some amazing pointers how the smallest of chamges in your habits can make the biggest of changes in your waistline. A lot of these are either scientifically or psychologically backed like using contrasting colour plates or doing high intensity training. Not all of these may work out for us, but there are definitely a couple of tips that we can gather from here to ensure that there is no tip in the scale (see what I did there xD?)
